Shipping Policy

At Aanya Linen, we ensure that every order is carefully packed and shipped safely to your doorstep.

Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During sales or high-volume periods, order processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery Time

  • Once dispatched, orders are typically delivered within 4–9 business days, depending on location.
  • Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or remote areas.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Any additional charges due to incorrect or incomplete address details will be borne by the customer.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, tracking details are shared via email or SMS.
  • You may use the tracking information to monitor your shipment until delivery.

Failed Delivery / Incorrect Address

  • Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate while placing the order.
  • If an order is returned due to incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal, re-shipping charges will apply.

Return Shipping Charges

  • For returns or exchanges due to personal preference, change of mind, or sizing issues, return shipping charges are borne by the customer.
  • Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
  • Returned products must be securely packed to avoid transit damage.

Damaged or Incorrect Products

  • If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at hello@aanyalinen.in.
  • Mandatory requirements:
    • Clear unboxing video
    • Images of the product and outer packaging
  • After verification, Aanya Linen will arrange return shipping or replacement at no additional cost, if approved.

Exchanges

  • For approved exchanges (excluding damaged or incorrect items), return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
  • Shipping charges for the exchanged product will apply as per standard rates.
