Refund & Return Policy

At Aanya Linen, we aim for your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Each product is packed with utmost care so it reaches you safely and in perfect condition.

Damaged / Wrong / Missing Products

  • In the unlikely event that a product is received damaged (manufacturing defect), defective, incorrect, or missing, please inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Email us at hello@aanyalinen.in with clear photos and/or videos of the product and outer packaging.
  • Our team will review the request and resolve the issue promptly after verification.

Exchange & Return Policy

We understand that sometimes a product may not fit your space or expectations.

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
  • Original packaging, tags, and accessories must be intact.
  • Returns must be initiated within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Important Notes

  • Delivery charges for exchanged products are applicable as per our Shipping Policy.
  • Refunds are issued only after the returned product is received and inspected.
  • For partial returns, please hand over only the item(s) being returned.
  • Returns must be initiated using the Order ID and registered email or phone number.
  • Returns are not applicable on products purchased during sales, promotions, or freebie offers.

Mandatory Proof for Damage / Defect / Missing Item

  • 3–4 clear photographs showing the damage or defect.
  • Image of the outer packaging with the shipping label clearly visible.
  • Any additional images or videos explaining the issue.
  • All proof must be shared within 24 hours of delivery to hello@aanyalinen.in.

Returns Will Not Be Accepted If

  • The product is damaged due to misuse or overuse.
  • The product is returned without original packaging, labels, or accessories.
  • The original packaging is damaged.
  • The return request is initiated after 7 business days.
  • The product was sold under sale or offer and marked as non-returnable.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain hygiene-related products (if applicable).
  • Comforters under the Home category.

Refund Timeline

  • Refunds are initiated within 7 business days after the returned product passes quality checks.
  • Prepaid Orders: Refunds are credited to the original payment source.
  • COD Orders: A refund link is shared via registered email or phone number.

Order Cancellation Policy

Cancellation Before Shipping

  • Orders can be cancelled within 8 hours of placing the order or before dispatch.
  • Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Cancellation After Shipping

  • If the order has already been shipped, please contact our support team.
  • You may refuse the order at the time of delivery.
  • Once the product is returned to us, refunds are initiated within 3–7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
